A refreshing tropical cocktail that evokes the relaxation of a sunny shoreline. Sweet coconut rum and almond-flavored amaretto blend seamlessly with bright orange juice, finished with a sink of grenadine for a beautiful sunrise effect.

Ingredients

• 1 OZ Coconut Rum
• 0.5 OZ Amaretto
• 4 OZ Orange Juice
• 0.5 OZ Grenadine
• 1 WEDGE Pineapple
• 1 WHOLE Strawberry

How to Make It

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the coconut rum, amaretto, and orange juice.
3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Slowly pour the grenadine near the edge of the glass so it sinks to the bottom.
6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a fresh strawberry.
