A Midsummer Night's Dream

A refreshing and fruity highball inspired by the whimsy of Shakespeare. This cocktail marries the brightness of fresh strawberry puree with the deep cherry notes of Kirschwasser and clean vodka, all lengthened by a sparkling wild berry mixer.

Ingredients

• 2 OZ Vodka
• 1 OZ Kirschwasser
• 1 TSP Strawberry Liqueur
• 5 WHOLE Strawberries
• 4 OZ Schweppes Russchian

How to Make It

1. Place the fresh strawberries in a blender and blend until a smooth puree is formed.
2. Combine the strawberry puree, vodka, Kirschwasser, and strawberry liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Top up the glass with Schweppes Russchian (or a wild berry tonic) and stir gently to combine.
