Absinthe No. 2
A simplified, homemade compound liqueur that mimics the herbal complexity of traditional Absinthe. This cold-compounded recipe infuses vodka with the defining trinity of anise, wormwood, and licorice root. The resulting spirit is potent and aromatic, designed to be diluted with water to release its botanical oils.
