Acapulco
A refreshing and tropical rum sour that captures the essence of the Mexican coast. This cocktail combines light rum, bright lime, and orange liqueur with the velvety texture of egg white, finished with a fresh mint garnish.
Ingredients
- 1.5 OZ Light Rum
- 1.5 TSP Triple Sec
- 1 TBSP Lime Juice
- 1 TSP Sugar
- 1 WHOLE Egg White
- 1 ML Mint
How to Make It
- Combine the light rum, triple sec, lime juice, sugar, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to chill and emulsify the egg white.
- Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and serve.
