How to Make It

  1. Chill a Martini glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.

  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the drink and emulsify the egg white.
  5. Strain the mixture into the chilled Martini glass.
