- 0.5 OZ Grenadine
- 0.5 OZ Heavy Cream
- 0.5 OZ Milk
- 0.5 WHOLE Fresh Egg White
How to Make It
- Chill a Martini glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.
- Add the gin, grenadine, heavy cream, milk, and fresh egg white into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the drink and emulsify the egg white.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled Martini glass.
