Addington
A sophisticated, low-ABV aperitif that highlights the complex herbal notes of vermouth. This classic cocktail balances the rich sweetness of rosso vermouth with the crisp dryness of white vermouth, finished with a refreshing effervescence.
What it tastes like
The aroma is dominated by dried herbs and spiced grape notes. It tastes of raisins and bitter orange balanced by a crisp, bone-dry acidity. The mouthfeel is light with a slight prickle from the soda splash, finishing with a clean, herbaceous bitterness.
