After Supper Cocktail
A classic digestif that combines the lush sweetness of apricot brandy with the citrusy brightness of triple sec, balanced by a dash of tart lemon. An elegant, fruity finish to a meal.
Ingredients
- 1 OZ Apricot brandy
- 1 OZ Triple sec
- 0.5 TSP Lemon juice
How to Make It
- Chill the serving glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Combine the apricot brandy, triple sec, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Serve immediately.
