Ingredients
- 2 OZ Dark Rum
- 1 OZ Kahlua
- 1 WHOLE Egg White
How to Make It
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Add the Dark Rum, Kahlua, and fresh egg white to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to ensure the egg white emulsifies and creates a frothy foam.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
