Apricot Lady
A delightful rum-based cocktail that balances the sweetness of apricot brandy with the tartness of lemon juice. The egg white creates a silky mouthfeel and a beautiful foam top, making it an elegant choice for an aperitif.
Ingredients
- 1.5 OZ Light Rum
- 1 OZ Apricot Brandy
- 1 TSP Triple Sec
- 0.5 OZ Lemon Juice
- 1 WHOLE Egg White
- 1 SLICE Orange
How to Make It
- Combine the light rum, apricot brandy, triple sec, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold and the egg white is frothed.
- Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Garnish with a slice of orange.
