How to Make It

  1. Combine the light rum, apricot brandy, triple sec, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold and the egg white is frothed.
  4. Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with a slice of orange.
