A refined pre-Prohibition classic that balances the botanical notes of dry gin with the tartness of fresh lemon and the subtle, almond-like sweetness of Maraschino liqueur.

How to Make It

  1. Chill the glassware in the freezer or with ice water.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, and maraschino liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
