Baby Guinness
A whimsical novelty shot that perfectly mimics the visual appearance of a tiny pint of Guinness stout. Despite the name, this delicious digestif contains no beer; instead, it features a base of rich coffee liqueur topped with a floated layer of Irish cream, delivering a sweet, creamy, and coffee-forward flavor profile.
Ingredients
- 2.5 OZ Kahlua
- 0.5 OZ Baileys Irish Cream
How to Make It
- Pour the Kahlua into a large shot glass or shooter, filling it approximately three-quarters full.
- Place a bar spoon upside down against the inside wall of the glass, or hover it just above the surface of the coffee liqueur.
- Slowly pour the Baileys Irish Cream over the back of the spoon to float it on top of the Kahlua.
- Serve immediately once the distinct cream 'head' has formed.
