A classic tropical cocktail that brings the Caribbean beach vibes directly to your glass. This complex blend features layers of light and dark rum, sweet banana liqueur, and a refreshing mix of citrus juices, all finished with a splash of grenadine and fizzy club soda.

Ingredients

• 1.5 OZ Light Rum
• 0.5 OZ Dark Rum
• 0.5 OZ Banana Liqueur
• 0.5 OZ Grenadine
• 1 OZ Pineapple Juice
• 1 OZ Orange Juice
• 0.5 OZ Sweet and Sour Mix
• 1 OZ Club Soda
• 1 ML Ice

How to Make It

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the light rum, dark rum, banana liqueur, grenadine, pineapple juice, orange juice, and sweet and sour mix to the shaker.
3. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
4. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice cubes.
5. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
6. Top with club soda to taste.
7. Serve immediately with a straw.
