Ingredients
- 0.5 ML Frozen Strawberries
- 1 WHOLE Frozen Banana
- 1 ML Plain Yoghurt
- 1 ML Milk
- 1 TBSP Honey
How to Make It
- Place the frozen strawberries and peeled frozen banana into a blender.
- Add the plain yoghurt and milk to the blender.
- Add honey (start with 1 tablespoon and adjust to taste).
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into chilled Highball glasses and serve immediately.
