Blind Russian
A decadent and creamy variation of the classic White Russian. This dessert-style cocktail layers the rich flavors of Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, and coffee liqueur with a hint of sweet butterscotch, all smoothed out with milk for a velvety finish.
Ingredients
- 0.75 OZ Baileys Irish Cream
- 0.75 OZ Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
- 0.75 OZ Kahlúa
- 0.5 OZ Butterscotch Schnapps
- 4 OZ Whole Milk
How to Make It
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the Baileys, Godiva liqueur, Kahlúa, Butterscotch schnapps, and milk to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
