Boston Sidecar
A sophisticated twist on the classic Sidecar, this cocktail splits the base spirit between light rum and brandy. The substitution of fresh lime juice for the traditional lemon adds a sharper, zestier profile that perfectly balances the sweetness of the Triple Sec.
What it tastes like
The aroma is defined by bright lime and subtle notes of oak and molasses from the split spirit base. On the palate, the brandy adds a grape-based weight while the light rum provides a crisp, dry background. The finish is sharp and citrus-forward with a lingering warmth from the triple sec.
