How to Make It

  1. Combine the blended whiskey, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add cracked ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and chill the drink.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled sour glass.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon and top with a cherry before serving.
