Brandy Alexander
A timeless after-dinner classic, the Brandy Alexander is a luscious blend of brandy, chocolate liqueur, and cream, topped with a dusting of nutmeg for a warm, aromatic finish.
Ingredients
- 1 OZ Brandy
- 1 OZ White Crème de Cacao
- 1 OZ Light Cream
- 1 ML Nutmeg
How to Make It
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or with ice water.
- Add brandy, white crème de cacao, and light cream into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish by sprinkling freshly grated nutmeg over the top.
