Ingredients
- 2 OZ Brandy
- 1 WHOLE Whole Egg
- 1 TSP Superfine Sugar
- 0.5 OZ Light Cream
- 0.125 TSP Grated Nutmeg
How to Make It
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Add the brandy, whole egg, superfine sugar, and light cream into the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for at least 15-20 seconds to ensure the egg emulsifies and the mixture becomes frothy.
- Strain the mixture carefully into a chilled sour glass.
- Garnish by dusting the top with freshly grated nutmeg.
