Classic Coffee Frappé
A refreshing, velvety-smooth coffee beverage that is blended until thick and frothy. Best served ice-cold, this drink settles slowly in the glass, allowing for a long-lasting, transformative drinking experience where the froth gradually liquefies into rich iced coffee.
Ingredients
- 0.5 ML Black Coffee (Thoroughly Chilled)
- 0.5 ML Milk (Thoroughly Chilled)
- 2 TSP Sugar
How to Make It
- Ensure all liquid ingredients are extremely cold before preparation. For optimal results, mix the coffee and milk together and let them sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Combine the chilled coffee, milk, and sugar in a blender.
- Blend at the highest speed setting for approximately 1 minute to ensure a thick, aerated texture.
- Inspect the consistency; if the mixture is not frothy enough, add a splash more milk (or a pinch of milk powder) and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into a Highball Glass.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
