How to Make It

  1. Ensure all liquid ingredients are extremely cold before preparation. For optimal results, mix the coffee and milk together and let them sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine the chilled coffee, milk, and sugar in a blender.
  3. Blend at the highest speed setting for approximately 1 minute to ensure a thick, aerated texture.
  4. Inspect the consistency; if the mixture is not frothy enough, add a splash more milk (or a pinch of milk powder) and blend again.
  5. Pour the mixture into a Highball Glass.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw.
