Clover Club
A sophisticated pre-Prohibition classic originating from Philadelphia. This cocktail balances the botanical notes of gin with tart lemon and sweet grenadine, while the egg white provides a luxurious, silky mouthfeel and a signature frothy head.
What it tastes like
The nose presents botanical gin notes alongside subtle red fruit. The egg white creates a thick, pillowy mouthfeel that softens the sharp lemon acidity. It finishes clean and dry with a faint lingering sweetness from the pomegranate syrup.
