Ingredients

• 6 CL Gin
• 2 DASH Peach Bitters
• 2 ML Fresh Mint
• 1 ML Fresh Mint (for garnish)

How to Make It

1. Prepare a mixing glass by filling it with fresh ice cubes.
2. Add the gin, peach bitters, and the two fresh mint leaves to the mixing glass.
3. Stir the mixture gently but thoroughly to chill and dilute the drink, allowing the mint oils to subtly release without muddling.
4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
