Duchamp's Punch cocktail

How to Make It

  1. Combine the Pisco, lime juice, pineapple syrup, St. Germain, Angostura bitters, and a pinch of pepper in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously to chill and dilute.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a chilled Double Old Fashioned glass containing a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with two fresh sprigs of lavender to serve.
