Duchamp's Punch
A sophisticated and artistic Pisco cocktail that balances tropical pineapple sweetness with the floral elegance of St. Germain. A pinch of pepper and aromatic lavender provide a complex, surrealist finish fitting of its namesake.
Ingredients
- 5 CL Pisco
- 2.5 CL Lime Juice
- 2.5 CL Pineapple Syrup
- 1.5 CL St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 DASH Angostura Bitters
- 1 ML Black Pepper
- 2 ML Lavender
How to Make It
- Combine the Pisco, lime juice, pineapple syrup, St. Germain, Angostura bitters, and a pinch of pepper in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously to chill and dilute.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled Double Old Fashioned glass containing a large ice cube.
- Garnish with two fresh sprigs of lavender to serve.
