Ingredients
- 1.5 OZ Gin
- 2 TSP Superfine Sugar
- 1.5 OZ Lemon Juice
- 4 OZ Chilled Champagne
- 1 SLICE Orange
- 1 WHOLE Maraschino Cherry
How to Make It
- Combine the gin, superfine sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne glass.
- Top up with the chilled champagne.
