French Martini

French Martini cocktail

A sophisticated modern classic that rose to prominence in the 1980s New York cocktail scene. This luscious, fruity libation combines the clean strength of vodka with the deep, sweet berry notes of raspberry liqueur and the tropical acidity of pineapple juice. When shaken vigorously, the pineapple juice creates a creamy, frothy head that makes this drink as visually appealing as it is delicious.

  7. Take the lemon peel, express the essential oils over the surface of the drink by twisting it, and discard or use as garnish.
