French Negroni

French Negroni cocktail

A sophisticated, softer riff on the classic Italian Negroni. By replacing the bitter Campari with Lillet, this variation offers a floral and aromatic profile that perfectly complements the botanicals of the gin and the richness of the sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

How to Make It

  1. Fill a mixing glass or shaker tin with fresh ice.
  2. Pour the Gin, Lillet, and Sweet Vermouth over the ice.
  3. Using a bar spoon, stir gently for 40 to 45 revolutions to ensure the drink is thoroughly chilled and properly diluted.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled Martini glass.
  5. Twist the orange peel over the drink to release its oils and drop it in as a garnish.
