Frozen Daiquiri
A frosty twist on the classic Cuban cocktail, this Frozen Daiquiri blends light rum, tangy lime, and a touch of triple sec into a slushy, refreshing delight. Perfect for beating the heat, it offers a balance of sweet and sour notes with a smooth, icy texture.
Ingredients
- 1.5 OZ Light rum
- 1 TBSP Triple sec
- 1.5 OZ Lime juice
- 1 TSP Sugar
- 1 ML Crushed Ice
- 1 WHOLE Cherry
How to Make It
- Combine the light rum, triple sec, lime juice, sugar, and crushed ice in an electric blender.
- Blend at a low speed for five seconds to mix.
- Switch to high speed and blend until the mixture is firm and slushy.
- Pour the contents into a chilled champagne flute.
- Garnish with a cherry on top and serve immediately.
