Fruit Cooler cocktail

A vibrant and refreshing non-alcoholic fruit punch perfect for hot summer days. Sweet macerated strawberries combine with tart lemon and concentrated apple juice, finished with a sparkling splash of soda water.

How to Make It

  1. Toss the strawberries with sugar in a bowl and let them sit in the refrigerator overnight to macerate.
  2. Slice two rounds from the lemon and reserve them for garnish, then juice the remaining lemon.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix together the fresh lemon juice, macerated strawberries, thawed apple juice concentrate, and soda water.
  4. Add the reserved lemon slices to the mixture for visual appeal.
  5. Slice the apple into thin rounds or wedges.
  6. Fill Highball glasses with ice cubes and place a slice of apple inside each glass.
  7. Pour the fruit cooler over the ice and serve immediately.
