Fruit Cooler
A vibrant and refreshing non-alcoholic fruit punch perfect for hot summer days. Sweet macerated strawberries combine with tart lemon and concentrated apple juice, finished with a sparkling splash of soda water.
Ingredients
- 12 OZ Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate
- 1 ML Strawberries
- 2 TBSP Sugar
- 1 WHOLE Lemon
- 1 L Soda Water
- 1 WHOLE Apple
How to Make It
- Toss the strawberries with sugar in a bowl and let them sit in the refrigerator overnight to macerate.
- Slice two rounds from the lemon and reserve them for garnish, then juice the remaining lemon.
- In a large pitcher, mix together the fresh lemon juice, macerated strawberries, thawed apple juice concentrate, and soda water.
- Add the reserved lemon slices to the mixture for visual appeal.
- Slice the apple into thin rounds or wedges.
- Fill Highball glasses with ice cubes and place a slice of apple inside each glass.
- Pour the fruit cooler over the ice and serve immediately.
