Gin Cooler

A crisp and effervescent highball cocktail that perfectly captures the essence of summer. This drink combines the botanical notes of gin with a touch of sweetness and sparkling water, garnished elegantly with citrus for a refreshing finish.

Ingredients

• 2 OZ Gin
• 6 OZ Carbonated Water
• 1 TSP Powdered Sugar
• 1 WHOLE Lemon Peel
• 1 WHOLE Orange Spiral

How to Make It

1. In a Collins glass, combine the powdered sugar with approximately 2 oz of the carbonated water.
2. Stir gently until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
4. Pour in the gin.
5. Top off the glass with the remaining carbonated water and give it a brief, gentle stir to combine.
6. Garnish with a lemon peel and an orange spiral, draping the end of the spiral over the rim of the glass.
