Gin Rickey

A refreshing highball cocktail that balances the botanical notes of gin with tart lemon juice and a touch of sweet grenadine, lengthened with sparkling soda water.

Ingredients

• 2 OZ Gin
• 1 TSP Grenadine
• 0.5 WHOLE Lemon
• 4 OZ Soda Water
• 1 SLICE Lime

How to Make It

1. Fill a highball glass halfway with ice cubes.
2. Mix the gin and grenadine together in a separate vessel or directly in the glass, then ensure it is poured over the ice.
3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the glass.
4. Top up with soda water to fill the glass.
5. Garnish with a slice of lime.
