Gin Toddy
A refined, cold variation of the traditional toddy. This simple yet elegant cocktail balances the botanical notes of gin with a touch of sugar and water, finished with fresh lemon oils. It serves as an excellent aperitif or a refreshing sipper.
Ingredients
- 2 OZ Gin
- 2 TSP Water
- 0.5 TSP Powdered Sugar
- 1 SLICE Lemon Peel
How to Make It
- Combine the powdered sugar and water in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the gin and add a large ice cube.
- Stir gently to chill the mixture.
- Twist the lemon peel over the drink to release its oils, drop it into the glass, and serve.
