Homemade Amaretto Liqueur
A rich and aromatic homemade version of the classic Italian almond-flavored liqueur. This recipe combines the depth of brandy with the kick of grain alcohol, smoothed out by a sugar syrup and infused with apricots and almond extract. The result is a dark, sweet digestif that improves significantly with aging.
