Homemade Coffee Liqueur
A rich, sweet, and robust homemade liqueur inspired by Kahlua. This recipe combines instant coffee, vanilla, and vodka with a thick syrup base to create a versatile spirit perfect for White Russians or sipping over ice. For optimal depth of flavor, the mixture is aged for several weeks.

- 1.5 OZ Instant Coffee

How to Make It
- Divide the 3 cups of boiling water: use 2 cups for the sugar mixture and reserve 1 cup for the coffee.
- Dissolve the sugar in 2 cups of boiling water, then stir in the corn syrup until fully incorporated.
- Dissolve the instant coffee granules in the remaining 1 cup of boiling water.
- Pour both the syrup mixture and the coffee mixture into a one-gallon jug.
- Allow the contents of the jug to cool completely to room temperature.
- Once cold, add the vodka and vanilla extract to the jug.
- Seal the jug and store in a cool, dark place.
- Allow the mixture to mature for 4 to 5 weeks for the best flavor before serving.
