Homemade Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients
- 10 TBSP Instant Coffee
- 4 TBSP Vanilla Extract
- 2.5 ML Sugar
- 1 ML Vodka
- 2.5 ML Water
How to Make It
- Combine the water, sugar, and instant coffee in a large saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook gently for 1 hour to dissolve the sugar and concentrate the flavors.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
- Stir in the vodka and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Transfer the liquid into a clean, sealable jar or bottle.
