How to Make It

  1. Prepare the garnish by cutting a long, continuous strip of peel from a lemon.
  2. Place the lemon peel spiral into a Highball glass, hooking one end over the rim.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the brandy into the glass.
  5. Top with ginger ale.
  6. Add the dashes of Angostura bitters.
  7. Stir gently to combine.
