Jam Donut
A delightful layered shot that uncannily mimics the flavor of a freshly baked raspberry jam donut coated in sugar. The combination of creamy Irish liqueur and sweet raspberry liqueur creates a perfect dessert-style shooter.
Ingredients
- 0.66 OZ Baileys Irish Cream
- 0.33 OZ Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
- 1 TSP Sugar Syrup
- 2 ML Granulated Sugar
How to Make It
- Dip the rim of a shot glass into the sugar syrup to moisten it.
- Dip the moistened rim into the sugar to create a sweet, frosted coating.
- Pour the Chambord Raspberry Liqueur into the bottom of the glass.
- Carefully layer the Baileys Irish Cream on top of the Chambord by pouring it slowly over the back of a bar spoon to prevent mixing.
- Serve immediately.
