Jam Donut cocktail

A delightful layered shot that uncannily mimics the flavor of a freshly baked raspberry jam donut coated in sugar. The combination of creamy Irish liqueur and sweet raspberry liqueur creates a perfect dessert-style shooter.

How to Make It

  1. Dip the rim of a shot glass into the sugar syrup to moisten it.
  2. Dip the moistened rim into the sugar to create a sweet, frosted coating.
  3. Pour the Chambord Raspberry Liqueur into the bottom of the glass.
  4. Carefully layer the Baileys Irish Cream on top of the Chambord by pouring it slowly over the back of a bar spoon to prevent mixing.
  5. Serve immediately.
