Ingredients
- 1 OZ Jamaican Rum
- 1 OZ Strong Black Coffee
- 3 OZ Cold Water
- 2 TBSP Whipped Cream
- 1 ML Ground Coffee
How to Make It
- Prepare the strong black coffee and ensure it is chilled.
- In a mixing glass, combine the Jamaican rum, chilled coffee, and cold water.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled Champagne Flute.
- Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- Garnish by sprinkling a pinch of well-ground coffee over the whipped cream.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
