A restorative hot tonic designed to soothe the throat and warm the body. This non-alcoholic preparation combines the sharp, spicy heat of fresh ginger with the brightness of lemon, served steaming hot to combat winter chills.

What it tastes like

The aroma is dominated by sharp, spicy ginger and citrus zest, with a subtle herbal note from the cardamom. On the palate, intense ginger heat is balanced by the acidic tartness of fresh lemon. The mouthfeel is thin and warming, leading to a lingering, spicy tingle on the throat.
