Ingredients
- 0.5 OZ Crème de Cassis
- 2.5 OZ Champagne
How to Make It
- Ensure both the Champagne and Crème de Cassis are well chilled before starting.
- Pour the Crème de Cassis into the bottom of the glass.
- Tilt the glass slightly and gently top up with Champagne to prevent excessive foaming and preserve the bubbles.
- Serve immediately.
