Ingredients
- 1 ML Yoghurt
- 2 ML Cold Water
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 ML Asafoetida
- 4 ML Curry Leaves
How to Make It
- Combine the yoghurt, cold water, salt, and asafoetida in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is thoroughly combined and frothy.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled Highball Glass.
- Tear the curry leaves slightly to release their aroma and sprinkle them on top.
- Serve immediately while cold.
