Lemon Drop

A crisp and refreshing vodka-based cocktail that perfectly balances sweet and tart flavors. This IBA New Era classic is characterized by its sugared rim and zesty lemon finish.

Ingredients

• 1.5 OZ Vodka
• 1.5 OZ Cointreau
• 1 WEDGE Lemon (Juice)
• 1 TBSP Sugar

How to Make It

1. Prepare the glass by rubbing a lemon wedge along the rim and dipping it into a shallow plate of sugar to coat the edge.
2. Combine the Vodka, Cointreau, and the fresh juice squeezed from the lemon wedge into a cocktail shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the tin is frosted.
5. Strain the mixture carefully into the prepared sugar-rimmed glass.
