Ingredients
- 2 OZ Scotch Whisky
- 0.5 OZ Drambuie
- 0.5 OZ Dry Vermouth
- 1 WHOLE Lemon Peel
How to Make It
- Fill a mixing glass half-full with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour in the Scotch Whisky, Drambuie, and Dry Vermouth.
- Stir the mixture gently but thoroughly for about 20 to 30 seconds to chill and dilute.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled Martini glass.
- Express the oils from the lemon peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
