Microwave Hot Cocoa
A rich and creamy homemade hot chocolate that comes together in minutes using the microwave. This comforting blend of cocoa and milk is finished with a hint of vanilla for a classic taste.
Ingredients
- 5 TBSP Sugar
- 3 TBSP Cocoa Powder
- 1 DASH Salt
- 3 TBSP Hot Water
- 2 ML Milk
- 0.25 TSP Vanilla Extract
How to Make It
- Combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and hot water in a microwave-safe mug or measuring cup.
- Microwave on high power for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until the mixture begins to boil.
- Add the milk and stir to combine ingredients.
- Microwave for an additional 1.5 to 2 minutes until the cocoa is hot.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, blend well, and serve.
