Midnight Manx
A rich and decadent dessert cocktail that blends the creamy textures of Irish cream and heavy cream with the robust flavors of coffee liqueur and chilled hazelnut coffee. A dash of Goldschläger adds a hint of cinnamon spice and a sparkle of gold to this late-night treat.
Ingredients
- 1 OZ Kahlua
- 1 OZ Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 DASH Goldschläger
- 2 OZ Heavy Cream
- 2 OZ Hazelnut Coffee (Chilled)
How to Make It
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Kahlua, Baileys Irish Cream, Goldschläger, and heavy cream to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for approximately 5 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a double old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with the chilled hazelnut coffee.
- Stir gently to integrate the coffee and serve immediately.
