Mojito

Ingredients
- 2.5 OZ Light Rum
- 1 WHOLE Lime (Juiced)
- 2 TSP Sugar
- 3 ML Mint Sprigs
- 4 OZ Soda Water
How to Make It
- Place the mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice into a highball glass.
- Gently muddle the ingredients to release the mint oils and dissolve the sugar.
- Add a splash of soda water.
- Fill the glass with cracked ice.
- Pour the light rum over the ice.
- Top with the remaining soda water.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with a straw.
