Mojito Extra

Mojito Extra cocktail

A robust and powerful variation of the classic Mojito that swaps the traditional light profile for the deep, molasses-rich notes of Jamaican dark rum and the brightness of lemon. True to its name, this recipe calls for a substantial measure of spirits, finished with a heavy float of Angostura bitters.
