Monkey Wrench

A refreshing and tangy variation of the classic Greyhound, the Monkey Wrench pairs the sweetness of light rum with the tart bite of fresh grapefruit juice, rounded off with a dash of aromatic bitters.

Ingredients

• 1.5 OZ Light Rum
• 3 OZ Grapefruit Juice
• 1 DASH Bitters

How to Make It

1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass almost to the top with fresh ice cubes.
2. Pour the light rum and grapefruit juice directly into the glass.
3. Add a dash of bitters.
4. Stir well until the drink is chilled and combined.
