Paradise
An official IBA cocktail and a timeless classic, the Paradise is often considered a precursor to the popular fruity martinis of today. This elegant aperitif balances the botanical notes of gin with the sweetness of apricot brandy and the zest of fresh orange juice.
What it tastes like
The drink opens with a clear scent of stone fruit and juniper. The palate is defined by the heavy texture of apricot liqueur balanced by the acidity of fresh orange juice. It has a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel and a clean finish with a lingering herbal dryness.
