Ingredients
- 1.5 OZ Gin
- 1 TSP Grenadine
- 1 TSP Light Cream
- 1 WHOLE Egg White
How to Make It
- Chill the glassware in the freezer prior to preparation.
- Add the gin, grenadine, light cream, and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
- Perform a dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white and cream.
- Open the shaker, add ice, and shake again vigorously until the shaker is frosty.
- Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass to remove any ice shards.
- Serve immediately.
