Pisco Sour
A South American classic known for its refreshing balance of citrus and spirit, capped with a silky egg white foam and aromatic bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 OZ Pisco
- 1 OZ Lemon juice
- 1.5 TBSP Sugar
- 1 WHOLE Egg White
- 3 DASH Angostura Bitters
How to Make It
- Combine Pisco, lemon juice, sugar, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Perform a 'dry shake' (shake without ice) vigorously for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker.
- Shake again vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with dashes of bitters on top of the foam.
