Royal Fizz
A rich and frothy variation of the classic fizz family, blending the botanical notes of gin with the tang of sweet and sour mix. The addition of a whole egg provides a creamy texture, while a top-up of Coca-Cola adds unique effervescence and depth.
What it tastes like
This drink smells of cola spices and subtle citrus. The texture is thick and frothy due to the emulsified whole egg, providing a creamy mouthfeel. The palate blends botanical gin notes with the sweet, caramel-heavy flavor of the soda and a sharp tartness from the sour mix.
